Welcome to Casa San Lio, Experience Baroque architecture in the town of Noto, in a contemporary apartment that is a window into history
The apartment extends for 160 square meters and on three floors:
• Entrance on the ground floor, welcoming and functional;
• On the first floor the kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating in comfort with a large and bright living area with a double sofa bed, with a 20 cm mattress to guarantee comfort and a bathroom; finally the "Green Room", a bedroom characterized by a soft minimal style, enriched by the bathroom and a walk-in closet that also serves as a comfortable laundry room complete with dryer, ironing board and iron;
• On the second floor the "Blue Room", a bedroom with bathroom, which stands out for its open wardrobe and the atmosphere of serenity that reigns;
• The magical terrace where you can enjoy hours of relaxation and refreshment.
Ground floor entrance
Welcoming and functional, this great little entrance offers a preview of the peaceful atmosphere that reigns in Casa San Lio.
The Kitchen
A balanced pattern of black and white gives character to this space, organized and equipped so it is easy to keep tidy..
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking and eating : pots and utensils, plates and cutlery, wine glasses, induction hob, kettle and espresso machine, fridge and freezer, oven and dishwasher.
The livingroom
Take a seat in the bright living area of Casa San Lio. The large balconies, which overlook Piazza Mazzini square and the Church of the Santissimo Crocifisso, give a pleasant view of city life.
Smart TV and books are available to spend relaxing hours sitting at the table, in an armchair or on the comfortable sofa which, if necessary, becomes a comfortable double bed. A useful bathroom, with shower and toilet, completes the comfort of the living area.
The Green Room
The bedroom on the first floor can be recognized by the soft shades of green that characterize it. Attractive simplicity or minimal style are its strengths. The space is completed by a well-kept bathroom and a walk-in closet, equipped with the necessary equipment for the laundry service: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Blue Room
Blue harmony colors the bedroom on the second floor. The open wardrobe and the serene atmosphere are the distinctive elements of this room which offers a nice panoramic view from the windows. The bathroom is reserved and silent.
The terrace
Here is the added value of Casa San Lio, a magical terrace where you can enjoy hours of relaxation and tranquillity, especially if in company.
A large dining table, corner sofas, sun loungers, gas barbecue equipped with everything you need: the outdoor space is organized to ensure that guests can fully enjoy the Val di Noto climate.
